Child Safety Standards
Last updated: May 31, 2026
Our Commitment
NationSetu, operated by Pragati Booster Tech Venture, has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") and child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"). The safety of children is a non-negotiable priority. This page sets out the standards we maintain to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE on our Platform, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.
NationSetu is an 18+ platform: you must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services. The Platform is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register (see our Privacy Policy, Section 9).
1. Published Child Safety Standards
We are committed to the following standards:
- Prohibition of CSAE/CSAM: We strictly prohibit any content, conduct, or communication that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or abuses children. This includes CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to make inappropriate contact with a minor.
- Zero tolerance & removal: Any account found creating, sharing, soliciting, or facilitating CSAE/CSAM is permanently banned. Offending content is removed promptly upon detection or report.
- Adults-only platform: Accounts are restricted to users 18 and older. Date of birth is collected at signup to enforce this. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we suspend it and delete the associated data.
- Proactive moderation: We use a combination of user reporting, content moderation, and automated signals to identify and act on prohibited content.
- Compliance with law: We comply with applicable child-safety laws, including India's Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the Information Technology Act, and we cooperate with law enforcement and recognised authorities.
2. How to Report CSAE or Abusive Content
We provide multiple ways for users to report content or behaviour that may endanger a child:
- In-app reporting: Every post and user profile includes a "Report" option. Select Child safety / CSAE as the reason to flag content for priority review.
- Email: Report directly to our child-safety team at pragati.booster@gmail.com.
Reports involving child safety are treated as the highest priority. We aim to review and act on them as quickly as possible, including removing content and disabling accounts.
3. Our Response & Reporting to Authorities
- We remove confirmed CSAE/CSAM and permanently ban the responsible accounts.
- We report apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities and recognised bodies, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or competent law enforcement in India, as required by applicable law.
- We preserve relevant evidence where legally required to support investigations.
- We cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests relating to child safety.
